
REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY FOR COINSALIZ

1. RETURN PERIOD

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including any tags or seals that were attached when received.
- You must have a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt, or tracking number).
- The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving it.
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- A brief description of the reason for the return
Once we process your return request, we will send you a return shipping label and further instructions. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund process may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
If you received a defective item or the wrong product, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer either a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

6. EXCHANGES
